Management Referrals
Management referrals can be made whenever an Occupational Health opinion would be useful. Maybe when a manager has concerns that a person might go off sick; that an individual is having problems in doing their job for health reasons, or that a person is signed off sick.
If a manager is aware that a person is having problems, Occupational Health support can help to resolve these problems and potential sickness absence can often be avoided.
